ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT: Types of payment we accept are VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Personal Check, Certified Cashiers Check and Money Order. If you are paying by credit card, we will only ship to the billing address of the cardholder. California residents will be charged 8.25% sales tax. Prices are subject to change without notice. All orders will be sent via ground service (domestic), unless otherwise specified. All returned items must have a Return Authorization number. A 25% re-stocking charge is normally assessed on all authorized returns. Shipping charge is non-refundable.

SHIPPING: We will ship all products by ground freight, unless special request is arrange.

INSTALLATION:  Labor charges are for one time remove old parts one time installation new parts. Any parts that is not sold by JPR Motor Inc will not have any labor warranty.

SPECIAL ORDERS: All special orders require a minimum non-refundable deposit of 50%. If there is a cancellation for any reason by Buyer, Buyer understands that the deposit if forfeited is forfeited immediately to Seller. Seller shall no be liable for late shipments. Shipping dates approximate. Buyer shall not be entitled to charge-backs, reductions in price or other offsets as a result of a late shipment of failure to deliver in estimated time of delivery.

RETURNS: Buyer must obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before returning any product(s). Authorization to return product must be obtained from Seller in advance and must be made within 5 days of purchase. No return or refund after 30 days. All returned products to Seller will then be Subject to a 25% restocking fee. All products returned must be in original manufacturer’s carton in the same condition as Seller originally delivered it to Buyer. All warranty card and other items must be included with the product returned to Seller. Only the Buyer and original purchaser of product(s) may request a return upon satisfactory proof that the goods are defective. After receipt of goods, Seller shall inspect the goods to determine the exact quantity and condition of goods received. If Seller does not accept the goods as being defective and/or returnable for any such reason given to Buyer Be Seller, Buyer must accept any incurred cost. Any electrical or mechanical parts are non-returnable. Return shipping charges must be prepaid by the customer. There are no refunds on freight charges.

WARRANTY/LIABILTY: Seller’s sole warranty for each product sold is set forth in the Warranty documentation associated with the products. Seller gives no warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Seller will not be held liable for any damages, which are incurred directly or indirectly on the vehicles, operator, or passengers of the vehicle.

ENGINE & TRANSMISSION DISCLAIMER: Engine complete with accessories may not comply with the emission control laws of the state in which it’s being sold or used. State and/or Federal authorities require that you change over the necessary emission devices from your old engine to the engine you are installing, to make it comply. The attach parts on the engine sold by JPR Motor Inc are left attached for testing purposes only, and for your convenience and are free of charge. The purchase price represent the cost of the block or the long block only, high performance engine are not to be used on California Highways, off road use only. Electrical parts are not guranty to work. It is common for the TPS sensor and sometimes the IAT sensor to be broken; fortunately these sensors are usually transferable from your current motor. Due to the nature of High Performance Japanese direct market engines, we cannot offer any warranty on them. There are too many variables involved including the ability/knowledge of the mechanic performing the installation, and the amount of abuse customer(Buyer) may places on their engine once in place. Basically, we recommend that you find a competent mechanic that has actually done swaps before you purchase the engine. ALL ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION ARE SOLD AS IS NO WARRANTY OR EXCHANGE/REFUND, unless we put in forms of writing.
